5 minute treadmill warm up
- 2 sets 15 chest press on ball w\ 7lb DBs
- 2 sets 15 lat raise on ball w\ 6lb DBs
- 2 sets 15 skull crushers on ball w\ 6lb DBs
- 2 sets 15 back extensions
- 2 sets 15 crazy caterpillar crunches on ball
- 30 sec mountain climbers
- 15 over head leg raisers
5 minutes cool down on bike
My personal trainer is moving to New York on Friday, and I bawled my eyes out :( I can’t believe he’s leaving and feel like I let him down by not being where I should be right now. He helped me so much, got me to my lowest weight, and I fucked it all up.
Going to the gym every day this week to see him as much as I can. Wish I had the funds to pay for a last personal training session with him.. :’(
